In the realm of sushi, a master chef is known as a shokunin, meaning artisan. Inspired by the shokunin-waza, Japanese Chef Atsushi Yonaha epitomizes this title with grace and precision, bringing over a decade of expertise to his culinary creations. Born and raised in Okinawa, Japan, Yonaha’s passion for sushi began in his family’s kitchen, leading to years of rigorous training under seasoned sushi masters.
