Leading the rankings were Qatar Airways, Korean Air, Cathay Pacific Airways, Air New Zealand, Emirates, Air France/KLM, All Nippon Airways, Etihad Airways, Qantas, and Virgin Australia/Atlantic.
The selection panel evaluated airlines based on multiple factors, including safety records, product ratings, fleet age, profitability, incident history, customer feedback from various sources, innovation, and upcoming fleet acquisitions.
Vietnam Airlines has excelled by continuously enhancing its service quality and has been honored as the only airline in Vietnam to achieve the status of a “Global 5-Star Airline” by the Airline Passenger Experience Association (APEX).
The airline is renowned for its commitment to superior service and distinctive Vietnamese hospitality, highlighted by its expanding fleet, punctual service, both on the ground and in the air, a rich Vietnamese cultural presence, and dedicated human resources.
