AirBaltic’s Latest Mobile App Performs as a Game Changer for Passenger Convenience and Flight Management

AirBaltic, Latvia’s national airline, is excited to introduce its newly developed mobile application designed to elevate the travel experience for members of its airBaltic Club loyalty program. The app is now accessible for download on iOS and Android platforms through the App Store and Google Play.

The enhanced mobile app aims to enhance the travel experience for airBaltic customers by providing a streamlined and convenient service. It consolidates passengers’ upcoming flight information into a single platform, allowing easy access to their future travels with the airline. Boarding passes are now readily available through the app, ensuring a smooth boarding process. Moreover, the app sends timely notifications regarding crucial flight information, such as check-in openings and other important updates, keeping passengers well-informed and prepared throughout their journey.

This application not only improves the travel experience but also significantly upgrades the features of our loyalty program, highlighting our dedication to our loyal customers. The new app replaces the previous one and offers a range of new benefits, specifically designed for our valued members.”

The updated mobile app features an enhanced airBaltic Club section, offering detailed insights into point transactions, membership level benefits, and progression. It includes a dedicated area for Planies NFTs, with ongoing updates planned. Users can conveniently monitor their point balances, distinguish between private and family/friends accounts, and access comprehensive account summaries that outline member details and redemption options. Additionally, users have the ability to manually add reservations in cases where their membership number was not included during the booking process.

The new mobile application supersedes the former airBaltic Club app, which annually served over 250,000 people, maintained more than 150,000 active users each month, and facilitated over 5,000 bookings monthly. Following the initial phase launch, the airline intends to continually enhance the new mobile app to elevate the customer experience even further.

airBaltic serves over 130 routes connecting Riga, Tallinn, Vilnius, Tampere, and seasonally Gran Canaria, providing extensive connections across Europe, the Middle East, North Africa, and the Caucasus region within its route network.
