In an initiation to revitalize HP tourism activities all over the state, the government on Wednesday disclosed about a striving plan to organize tourism festivals in every district.
Raghubir Singh, Chairman of Himachal Pradesh Tourism Development Corporation, disclosed about this effort in a press conference in Shimla.
Singh discovered that the state government is targeting to bring in schools and colleges in these festivals of the district, generating a lively atmosphere that celebrates rich cultural heritage and natural exoticness of Himachal Pradesh.
However, the precise dates for these festivals are yet to be divulged. One ground-breaking feature of this plan is the hosting of photography competitions, with the engaging entries being shared on social media.
Singh considers that displaying these images will assure the potential tourists that the HP has completely restarted its tourism related activities and that they can once again take the plunge of visiting its destinations with confidence.
Singh highlighted that all tourism hotspots and hotels are fully geared up to welcome visitors and provide them with unforgettable experiences.
