Braemar Hotels & Resorts Inc. announced today that its Board of Directors has declared a series of quarterly and monthly cash dividends for the third quarter ending September 30, 2024.
Common Stock Dividends
The Board has approved a quarterly cash dividend of $0.05 per diluted share for the Company’s common stock, which translates to an annual rate of $0.20 per share. This dividend will be paid on October 15, 2024, to shareholders recorded as of September 30, 2024.
Preferred Stock Dividends
For the Company’s preferred stock, the Board has declared the following quarterly cash dividends:
5.5% Series B Cumulative Convertible Preferred Stock: A dividend of $0.3438 per diluted share, payable on October 15, 2024, to shareholders recorded as of September 30, 2024.
8.25% Series D Cumulative Preferred Stock: A dividend of $0.5156 per diluted share, payable on October 15, 2024, to shareholders recorded as of September 30, 2024.
Series E Redeemable Preferred Stock
The Board has declared monthly cash dividends for all CUSIPs of the Company’s Series E Redeemable Preferred Stock as follows:
$0.15625 per share will be paid on August 15, 2024, to shareholders recorded as of July 31, 2024.
$0.15625 per share will be paid on September 16, 2024, to shareholders recorded as of August 30, 2024.
$0.15625 per share will be paid on October 15, 2024, to shareholders recorded as of September 30, 2024.
Series M Redeemable Preferred Stock
The Board has declared monthly cash dividends for various CUSIPs of the Company’s Series M Redeemable Preferred Stock:
CUSIP 10482B705: $0.17708 per share will be paid on August 15, 2024, to shareholders recorded as of July 31, 2024; on September 16, 2024, to shareholders recorded as of August 30, 2024; and on October 15, 2024, to shareholders recorded as of September 30, 2024.
CUSIPs 10482B887, 10482B796, 10482B861, and 10482B770: $0.17500 per share will be paid on August 15, 2024, to shareholders recorded as of July 31, 2024; on September 16, 2024, to shareholders recorded as of August 30, 2024; and on October 15, 2024, to shareholders recorded as of September 30, 2024.
Remaining CUSIPs of Series M: $0.17292 per share will be paid on August 15, 2024, to shareholders recorded as of July 31, 2024; on September 16, 2024, to shareholders recorded as of August 30, 2024; and on October 15, 2024, to shareholders recorded as of September 30, 2024.
As of June 30, 2024, Braemar had 16,142,350 shares of Series E Redeemable Preferred Stock and 1,622,772 shares of Series M Redeemable Preferred Stock issued and outstanding.
