Ruben Perez brings more than 40 years of experience at Costa Cruise Lines,
where he was famous for driving improvements to customer experience,
enhanced operational effectiveness, and revenue growth. Perez from 2011 to
2024, worked as the General Manager of Costa Cruise Lines, supervising everyday
operations.
Moreover, at the Florida Caribbean Cruise Association, he represented Costa for
over a decade. A not-for-profit trade organization, the FCCA comprising 23-
member cruise lines, teams up with ports, governments, and representatives of
the public sector to enhance cruise passenger experiences.
They are excited to cooperate with Ruben Perez as they target to increase their
