ITB Asia 2023 comes to an end with 42% increase

ITB Asia 2023, which is Asia’s chief travel trade show, came to an end, exhibiting an extraordinary 42%
increase compared to last year. With more than 1,838 exhibitors and 1,300 top-tier buyers from the sector, the event this year served as a platform for more than 35,000 business arrangements, promoting lasting collaboration in the worldwide travel segment.

Thousands of specialists from the travel industry assembled to rejoice travel and create new networks at
ITB Asia, co-located with Travel Tech Asia and MICE Show Asia, and enhanced by a multi-track meeting.

Katrina Leung, the Managing Director of Messe Berlin (Singapore), the organizer of ITB Asia, MICE Show Asia and Travel Tech Asia said that this year’s edition of ITB Asia conveyed a clear message – the worldwide travel sector is on its foot again. She said that they are content to witness several new players, numerous fresh appearances and this guarantees a sustainable future for the whole sector. Leung added that they anticipate that a lot of them will join the positions of repetitive ITB Asia visitors, as they are beginning arrangements for the next year by now.
