JetBlue Airways has announced plans to expand its Airbus A321neo LR service on selected domestic routes during the Northern winter 2024/25 season. This strategic move will enhance passenger experience and offer more efficient service on several key routes. In addition to the previously scheduled New York JFK to Los Angeles route with various frequencies, the A321neo LR will now be assigned to additional routes, further solidifying JetBlue’s commitment to offering premium service across its network.
Expanded Routes and Schedules
JetBlue’s A321neo LR will be deployed on the following routes:
Los Angeles (LAX) to West Palm Beach (PBI): This route will see daily service from January 7, 2025, to March 29, 2025. The A321neo LR will provide passengers with a more comfortable and modern flying experience during the peak winter travel season.
New York JFK to Las Vegas (LAS): This route will be served daily from February 13, 2025, to February 24, 2025, except on February 15 and 22. The introduction of the A321neo LR on this popular route will cater to the high demand during the winter period.
New York JFK to San Diego (SAN): Starting November 1, 2024, until November 15, 2024, this route will operate once weekly. The A321neo LR’s advanced features will enhance the passenger experience on this coast-to-coast route.
New York JFK to San Francisco (SFO): This route will see the A321neo LR on various dates from October 25, 2024, to November 30, 2024, and once weekly from December 21, 2024, to January 4, 2025. The aircraft’s long-range capabilities make it ideal for this transcontinental service.
Caribbean Service
In addition to domestic routes, the A321neo LR will also serve the Caribbean. Specifically, the aircraft will be used on the New York JFK to Grenada (GND) route on February 15 and 22, 2025.
