Gianny Darias has joined as the Executive Director of Food and Beverage, while Stephanie Van Assche assumes the role of Executive Director of Human Resources. Darias, a seasoned hospitality professional with over two decades of experience, now oversees all culinary operations at the resort. His responsibilities include managing day-to-day functions of the food and beverage division, overseeing banquets, and leading the resort’s various dining establishments: 1878 on the Lake, The Lookout Bar & Eatery, Clubhouse Bar and Grill, and the Isle of Capri. Darias brings a wealth of experience from distinguished roles at renowned properties such as Casa de Campo Golf Resort in the Dominican Republic, Lodge Kohler, and most recently EOS Hospitality, where he served as Regional Director of Food and Beverage for the Florida Keys portfolio.
