Ideally located just 10 minutes from the base of Beaver Creek and Vail mountains, the Marriott duo provides easy access to the Eagle River and over 100 miles of paved bike paths. The strategic placement and thoughtful design were envisioned by land investor Traer Creek and JMA Ventures, LLC, recognizing the significance of this prime location to complement the surrounding area and set a new development standard north of Exit 168.
