Organized at the well-known Rockpool Bar and Grill sites in Sydney / Warrane, Melbourne / Narrm, and Perth / Boorloo from 7 August this year, the ‘Evening of Réflexion’ sequence with Champagne Lallier presents visitors with an exceedingly well-chosen and rare merriment of champagne, food, and ceramic ware. Visitors will be guided on a unique gastronomic voyage with a six-course menu thoughtfully organized by Rockpool Bar and Grill executive chef Santiago Aristizabal.
Every single course has been intended to couple with the exclusive features of Champagne Lallier, comprising the newest release, Réflexion R.020, together with archival classics. Leading the occasion in every city will be a special guest with a solid association to champagne. While the menu exhibits first-class gastronomic skill, Lallier has appointed Catherine Field from Splendid Wren Ceramics to produce personalized ceramic plates for the event, showcasing the abilities of an Australian ceramicist.
Respected Champagne Master Tracy Mann will be speaking to Perth visitors through the menu’s distinct courses and combinations, which promise to feature Lallier’s newest release, Réflexion R.020, and archival vintages comprising Lallier Millésimé 2014. The custom-made table pieces will accompany the Paspaley Pearl Meat Ceviche on the night and remain in service at the site for the remainder of August.
Rockpool Bar and Grill’s Evening of Réflexion will start at 6 p.m. on August 7, with ticket prices fixed at $299 per person (all-inclusive).
