Radisson Hotel Group, in collaboration with Redevco, a leading real estate investment and management firm, is delighted to introduce its prestigious Radisson Collection brand to central Paris. Slated to open in early 2027, the new hotel will be situated near the famous Louvre Museum and Le Marais, as part of the exciting BPM (Beats Per Minute) development. This project is set in a historic Haussmann building that is currently undergoing restoration.
Since its debut in 2018, the Radisson Collection has become known for its distinctive hotels in prime locations, showcasing both renowned heritage properties and contemporary establishments. The BPM project, spearheaded by Redevco and crafted by Franklin Azzi Architecture, is designed to seamlessly integrate various spaces within the building while pursuing high environmental standards. The development, spread across eight floors and encompassing over 13,000 sqm, includes 3,000 sqm of retail space on the first two floors, 4,000 sqm of office space on the next three floors, and a 57-room hotel from the fifth to eighth floors. The hotel will feature a stunning public green rooftop offering an expansive 360-degree view of Paris, including landmarks like the Eiffel Tower, Montmartre, and Notre Dame.

Guests will enjoy spacious rooms and suites with unique Parisian vistas, dine at the hotel’s restaurant on the seventh floor, and sip drinks at the panoramic rooftop bar on the eighth floor. Additionally, a 12th-century crypt in the basement will captivate visitors with its rich history, enhancing the hotel’s unique character.
